I've used Cialis 5 mg for about a year for ED and BPH. Taken at night, it produces several partial spontaneous partial erections during the day but nothing strong enough for sex. It does show me, though, that there is life down there after all, and it is enough to sustain hope.

I’ve been prioritizing natural treatments such as exercises to see if I can improve with just from doing them. But I’m also considering taking some pills in case of emergency. From what I’ve read, there’s already a wide supporter for generic viagra. They are a lot similar from the Pfizer version of viagra because some of them use the same active ingredient of sildenafil citrate. They are also way cheaper that’s why men patronize these brands. I found one review of a generic brand that has been recommended by some: pillrankings.com/direktan-r.... This one is manufactured in Austria and is really cheap. Thanks to Pfizer which will be losing its patent on viagra for 2019, many generic brands are given the life to help. I guess we should really look into the reviews first before trying any of the pills available out there. Prescription from the medical professional is highly needed.

I am reasonably young and I was prescribed Sildenafil different strengths and the side effects were awful. I have been put on two prostate medications and my ed was really getting worse.

My gp prescribed tadalafil 10mg and oh my word what a difference. The tablet lasts a full 24 hours which is having a good impact on my mental health.

I currently take 5 mg Generic Cialis 2-3 times per week and it works very well - no side effects other than thirst in some degree. It works after 30 minutes on empty stomach, but the full effect takes about two hours. Very effective. And buying it online from generic-meds-store.com is a big advantage too. This is the only source I may rely on..
