What is your top fitness priority for 2016? Describe how you will achieve it.

I voted for strength. I cycle to work and exercise regularly for better cardio vascular health so strength is an area I need to work on. Done in the right way, strength training can compliment flexibility. Done in the wrong way, it can reduce flexibility and that can lead to injuries. I am 39 now and injury prevention is a key focus to promote longevity.

I vote for Stamina. I do running nearly 4 km. daily in the early morning. I also do some cycling and yoga for mental peace and calmness. I am 30 years old fully fit person, but I tried to increase my stamina.
