I have pulsatile tinnitus when I lay DOWN. I can only sleep on my back so that I don't hear the thumping. When it first started, it was so loud and strong I couldn't sleep. It has lessened though.

I am really not sure. I notice improvement when the chiropractor or osteopath works on me. We want to make sure that all of the mechanical things in our head and neck are working as well as they can, nothing out of place, no tension. I think that helps with blood flow.

Makes sense! I keep my head straight and don't look around. I get dizzy if look around

Did you suffer from irritation from sounds more? And did you have a stiff neck at all?

Did opening a window or the sound of outside Tripp you out or scare You?

It might be helpful if you keep your neck cool. Wear scoop necks and no button collars. Also, suggest you have light music on in the background to "mask" the sound and vibrations. Distractions for this are very helpful. Hope this helps.
