yep noise and glare still effect me ... I don't think that ever goes away 100%

The glare is horrible - how long have you had it for? The sounds have improved but glare sickening

I hear the echo "only" when I speak. Sometimes it's more like radio delay. Any mastoiditis on your most recent CT/MRI?

The sensory distortions are maddening. Sounds are both amplified and muffled. I can't hear my own feet on the tile, but the scream of a police siren seems to reverberate incessantly.

Yes, but metoprolol, a beta blocker, has helped with that. When the discordant noises overlap, a forehead headache kicks in, joining the other headaches.
