🚽 Toileting struggles; Constipation, withholding, or frequent loose stools can make it harder for children to relax and settle at night.

😴 Restless sleep; Discomfort, bloating, or gut imbalances can lead to night waking, difficulty falling asleep

💡 The gut-sleep connection; The gut produces serotonin, which is needed to make melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep. If digestion is out of sync, sleep can be too!
