We are expanding the Mencap website to include more content about health conditions that affect people with a learning disability.

We are looking for people with a learning disability, as well as their family members or carers, who are comfortable on camera and willing to share their experiences. We are particularly interested in experiences with the following conditions:

Epilepsy

SYNGAP1

Dental issues

Speech and language disorders

Global Development Delay

We want to show what life managing health conditions is like when you have a learning disability. By sharing your experience, you could provide reassurance and guidance to others going through the same issues, helping them feel less alone.
