In a disabled person's trust 3% or £3000 (whichever is the lower) can be given to a non disabled beneficiary. Does anyone know if this can be split between say 3 other beneficiaries therefore getting £1000 each. I never see this kind of example online. It only ever says £3000 to another person. Thanks

Hi Nick_b4 , thanks for your message. It might be worth asking Mencap's Wills and Trusts service on this one - they're really up to speed with this sort of thing! You can give them a call on 020 7696 6925 or email willsandtrusts@mencap.org.uk.
I'm sure other members here might have their own experiences to share too.
