MH Advocates, I know about. You have to give more information.
Quick question notmyfault2. Is the advocate supposed to be acting for you or for your relative? We had one supposedly acting for us but she was useless and without fail misrepresented us and always sided with the authorities. She was a puppet of the powers that controlled the purse strings. Her replacement was just as bad but was more devious do we didn't notice at first. It's a closed shop.
We've had no experience of truly independent advocates, but I can sympathise. Just make sure they are not acting in the authorities' best interests and not a trumped up message bot with no bottle of their own.
