If your son lacks mental capacity like my son you can apply online for deputyship on the gov.uk website you will need property and finance first and then health and well-being can be applied for. Don’t let anyone put you off and tell you you won’t get it for health and well-being they’re wrong. I got it very easily you know your son and you know his health issues and all about him so show that when your applying. Good luck my sons in care and believe me having the deputyship has been an absolute godsend .
