hi Head_cook, are they including LD assessment and treatment units/hospitals under this guidance, or is it only MHU? i ask this as ive seen both included under MHU, and the only reason i can think for that is many of us are sectioned under the MHA and MCA.

i was left permentyl physicaly disabled and in severe pain 24 hrs a day by the over use of restraint and pressure on my spine (3 or 4 people sat on my back at any one time several times a day for months on end),but it technicaly wasnt called a MHU it was an LD ATU. id love to be able to help out with guidance either way but i have never been in a pyschiatric hospital.
