1) Be gentle and kind with yourself...do things that make you happy....walking, time with family/friends, painting, yoga,etc
2) Seek out counselling. Sometimes it’s really tough to have difficult conversations with family and friends, but having a neutral person to talk with can help you deal with all of the worries, fears and stressed that are in your head.
3) Seek out support agencies that can provide advocacy, information re the latest treatments and connection to peer supports.
