About Mamafit
Mamafit® is an award winning and leading health, fitness and wellbeing programme for pregnant women, mums and families.
The Mamafit community is a place to ask questions, seek support and make connections.
Becoming a mum can be a daunting and lonely experience, having a community of other mums to turn to when you need advice, support, to share, or to celebrate the big and little wins is invaluable.
Our community is a safe space for you to reach out, make friends and support one another along the unpredictable journey that is motherhood!
Mamafit® exercise classes
We offer a wide range of classes suitable for pregnant women and mums of all fitness and experience levels, whether you are a regular exerciser or a complete beginner! Delivered in fun and friendly environments perfect for getting fit while making new friends.
We work in partnership with local NHS hospitals, midwifery services, public health teams, clinical commissioning groups and children’s centres helping to improve the health, fitness and wellbeing of families, through the delivery of high-quality physical activity & lifestyle courses and fitness classes, both ‘in person’ and online.
The Mamafit® programme adheres to current NHS, CMO and NICE guidelines around physical activity; ensuring new & expectant mums receive up to date advice and exercise safely during pregnancy and postnatally, once baby is born.
