Lotion for incontinence underwear

Does anyone know if a lotion that can be used with incontinence underwear to prevent chaffing. Thanks

Not a dermatologist but my favourite go to is Neutrogena Unscented Norwegian Formula. It's sold as hand cream but it works for any irritated skin I find. Just keep it away from actual genital area.

Hi have you tried MooGoo skin milk udder cream. I haven’t used it for same issue but I have used it for the passed 10 years after breast cancer treatment eg chemo & radiotherapy when the skin under my breast completely broke down. I find it excellent before putting a bra on even in the extremely hot weather. It’s on MooGoo site & sometimes sold in chemists. Good luck & have a read up about it x

I used the Real accessories liquid Talc from Amazon and found it really helps
