I feel I can't leave this company to seek a better position in another company due to my diagnose.

I'm unable to work. I don't believe at this time I'll ever be able to return to work.

I miss working terribly. I'd go back in a heartbeat if I could.

I'm fortunate enough to be receiving SSDI. As all my savings and retirement are now gone.

I'm not working. I wish I could go back. I'm on SSDI.
