missed breo ellipta dose, terrible withdrawals

I have been taking Breo Ellipta 100mcg for the past 5 years. I accidentally forgot to refill it and missed 5 days of medicine. In that time and even now (3 days post getting back on), I experienced severe joint pain, shortness of breath, congestion, and the worst one being a sharp pain behind my left shoulder blade and to the left of my sternum. My pharmacist said these are withdrawal symptoms and should go away a few days after taking it, which it has not. Has anyone ever experienced withdrawal symptoms from an inhaled steroid, if so - what was it like and when did it get better?

Yes I ran out of my Breo inhaler. I had pain in back , extreme congestion and major fatigue. I'm getting my breath inhaler today. Will let you know if side effects go away.
