I was the poster child for prednisone until I started Xolair injections for my allergic asthma in 2009 (3 shots every two weeks). Even with lots of inhalers, I still took prednisone several times a year. Just recently I was diagnosed with severe asthma and switched from Xolair to Nucala which is helping to control my asthma better, but does nothing for my allergies. Is there any natural supplements or foods that can help reverse the damage that prednisone has already done to me?
