I find if I diarise something it makes me more aware.. I note if things change dramtically.. Symptoms or extreme weather conditions. It would be helpful when it comes to appts to remember each incident but I find it wriggles into my life that bit more if I note things daily...

I did track my symptoms when I first began seeing a pulmonary specialist 6 years ago.

I did as well, but eventually stopped...

I have restarted using an App that reminds me 😉, otherwise I might forget!
