I have not taken this medication either but I expect with most anxiety.depression meds it will work in a similar way ?

Are you finding they are helping you ?

What works for some may not always work for another but always worth given them a try if we feel we need to take something to help x

Hey! Well I started taking it last week.... I had a blood test done and was tested positive for the mthfr gene. Anyone who has been diagnosed with anxiety or depression should be tested for this gene! I am hoping deplin works!

Hey, just wondering how you're getting on with the deplin? I also tested positive for MTHFR gene and started taking methylfolate, albeit at a lower dose than deplin, but it seems to be having a slight positive impact on my energy levels so far...
