Hello MollyStark :-)

I totally understand what you are saying and I am glad your business still has it's moments :-)

I hope you are keeping as well as can be and thank you for your reply :-) x

Hi lulu~ like MollyStark I'm self employed.

My business can be stressful at times ~ but on the whole it keeps me busy and helps keep Anxiety at bay ( even for a short time) 🙂x

Hello Hidden :-)

A short time is good :-)

Keeping busy I think does help if it be at work or whatever you do , distracts us a little :-)

Thank you for your reply :-) x

Hi I have to get a taxi in everyday (3 days) and get a lift home. Its within my comfort zone however I can't walk freely on site alone and even going to the toilet (as its in an adjacent block) can start me anticipating. Its a daily struggle but one I have grown to deal with x
