I am aware of the effect caffeine has on my mind/body and ensure I monitor my intake carefully after two overdoses from caffeine which both lead to A&E.

i stopped but have a cup every once in a while but cant stay away that delicious black gold has my heart lol

I drink caffeine because my doctor told me too for my migraines, (which don't seem to help at all.) But I feel like they seem to make my migraines and my anxiety 10x worse. I try to avoid it but I will drink a cup of coffee every once in awhile.

I have stopped caffeine for two weeks to see what affect it will have on me . I have to say I felt great not having caffeine and it did help with the anxiety.

I am super surprised by the percentage of people that clamin that caffeine has no effect on their anxiety levels. I have had 3 severe panic attacks in the last 7 months and the only thing they all had in common was caffeine. Even half a glass of pure leaf iced tea sent me into a crazy attack.
