Hello everyone... recently joined here to hopefully find new friends, recently diagnosed and haven't really talked to anyone about it , thought this would be a good site to talk about it without being judged still trying to assimilate the idea of it

Hi Haon,

I was recently diagnosed also. Still fighting with. Myself, asking myself a lot of questions. When I am not aaking or thinking, I try to educate myself about HIV. Try to stay positive, eat healthy and make sure u keep your weight under control. My doctor told me with too much weight gain the u have to worry with other issues that can come up.

As long as u take your meds and make sure u go to your appointment. If you need someone to talk too. Also i understand the judging part that's why I have not tell my family. I am here inbox me and we can get talk more.
