Getting back on track

I haven't been to good lately due to stress and family problems, how ever I have decided to put that behind me and get on with it, this week I started on Sunday I have only one rest day the rest it's been yoga in the morning to help with my osteoarthritis which seems to be working then 30minutes on the treadmill with one day arm exercises the other stomache at I have a little treat ready if I managed to finished the rest of the week off.
