Living Positively with Cerebral Palsy is proud to support Adult Cerebral Palsy Hub's Stamp out the Gap Campaign. The campaign calls for parity of care for adults with cerebral palsy. Currently, there is very little care for adults with cerebral palsy on the NHS. The 2019 NICE guidelines have not been implemented. This cannot go on adults with CP are suffering physically and mentally every day and we are not second-class citizens. Please sign the petition: you.38degrees.org.uk/petiti...

I plan to relaunch my petition in Scotland this year. We must not accept the status quo.

Signed! I'm very mobile and have a physical job but that doesn't stop me from suffering from aches and pains specific to my condition, and I think my overall mobility is deteriorating faster because of it. To have some sort of regular monitoring would be helpful to make lifestyle changes as appropriate, but without any sort of medical input it becomes difficult to justify. My needs are not so great as some, but as things stand vey few of us adults get any sort of care. I hope the petition is successful :)
