Hello, looking for any advice on safe sleeping with severe GORD. My twins were born at 29+2 and have been in hospital for 3 months. Home now but it's impossible to put them in their cot at night without them being sick or spitting through their nose. They only sleep upright on me and all advice is not to sleep on the sofa with babies. Just means I end up having around 2 hours of broken sleep a night! I have inclined the cot, they are on medication and milk thickener. I've done everything I can think of.
Is anyone else in a similar situation that may have any genius ideas for me. Terrified of ignoring safe sleep advice but have no alternative options!
Thanks in advance!

Hi Mama! Just wanted to say I feel forYou. My baby was born at 37 weeks and is now 10 weeks old and it’s like living hell. Also trying to figure out safe sleep. I have heard some have elevated the head of the crib, used rock n play or swings to sleep in. Good luck and hang in there!!!
