That the hormone blockers (Tamoxifen, and the aromatase inhibitors like anastrozole, exemestane, letrozole) will end any sort of sex life: they cause a multitude of sexual side effects to include: loss of libido, vaginal dryness and shrinking (yes, really), hot flashes (worse than typical menopause), increased cardiac risks (cholesterol, heart attack), osteopenia/osteoporosis, and terrible joint pain. I feel like I've aged by 15 years. Ugh.
