My son hasnt got any symptoms but he has many appointments to monitor him. I'm a single parent and so one of his doctors mentioned that my son may be entitled to disability allowance due to the fact that he has a lot of appointments and the cost involved in travelling etc... I did send his application off but it failed. I've been told to appeal but I'm not sure whether he should be entitled because although he has ALD, he hasnt any symptoms and can do what any other child can do at 15 months. Could anyone help in answering this? Many thanks
