i’ve never had an allergy in my life, and was on low dose naltrexone for long Covid. Some of my remaining symptoms were sinus issues and headaches.

At my three month check up my provider suggested that I go on three more medication‘s for mast cell activation. They were antihistamines and I was not comfortable with all of the side effects

Instead, I decided to also go off of, low dose naltrexone, and see where my baseline health was

I’ve been off of it for four days now, and my sinus pressure is gone as well as my headaches.
