There is nothing about boosting Vit B of any type in the literature. Personally, I still have to supplement with high potency Vit B's, and I've been taking LDN for 14 months now. Hi

I take ldn and have 2yrs come October for auto prob but I got a private blood test for my thyroid and showed my vitd and b12 were severly low that's the reason I was asking thx for your reply

I have hypothyroid (hashimotos) and I take methylcobalamine B12 and Vit D in a spray. Seems to be a problem with lots of thyroid sufferers.
