Fistula Fear

I have been thinking about getting a fistula...everyone seems to agree is best. But I just don't want my arm to look horrible! Also, are there any limits to using my arm after?

I live in England but think it's probably the same anyway, I was worried about the same thing when my fistula got made (in January) but so far, although I can feel it, you can't see it. There is a scar and you can see the little holes where they put the needle in but (and I'm really picky about stuff like this) it honestly doesn't look too bad No limitations really, got to be careful to some degree but they've not told me there's anything I can't do.
