What was most difficult about having your kidney transplant?

I thought the most difficult thing was, after realizing the extraordinary gift of life that I had been given by an incredibly generous donor, a fantastically trained transplant team, and a whole bundle of supporting family and friends, dealing with the question: now how do I best use this extraordinary gift to benefit others and 'pay back the extraordinary gift I've received? That's a very unavoidable question and one no one can answer until I find the answers deep within myself.
