I found being quite slight that most of the mastectomy bras available were too sturdy for me as I was used to wearing something much lighter. After taking a look on Utube, I found it quite simple to add a pocket to the cup of my usual bras myself in which I could insert my prosthesis. The fabric I use is a cotton jersey (usually used for gusssets) and is available from sewing chest.co.uk
It costs very little and you don't have to be too nifty with a needle either. Hope this helps.
