This is such a coincidence for me..i am AIP and have been eating nutritional yeast since Monday as other research said it should be ok and have had awful flare up and so cut it out from yesterday!

Hi yeast like potatoes and tomatoes are the worst ones. Read about the paleo diet and you will understand that you have to heal your gut to be on remission.
