I thought some of you might be interested in two training opportunities that are available.
The first is a free online course on Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and is open to anyone who would like to increase their understanding about PrEP (see below). Although this course is primarily aimed at clinicians it is also open to community advocates.

EACS Free Online Course On PrEP
The European AIDS Clinical Society (EACS) will launch a new free online course on Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) on 12 June 2017. The course is led by Professor Jean-Michel Molina and developed by PrEP experts from Europe.
The online course offers an introduction to the basic principles of PrEP, the studies supporting the use of PrEP, and clinical considerations related to PrEP treatment such as prescription, monitoring and adherence. The course will also include a module on PrEP implementation; how to engage community and key stakeholders, implementation experiences from France and the UK, and finally which future impact PrEP can have on the HIV epidemic.

The online model promotes more flexibility than a traditional face-to-face approach as participants can join in when their schedule allows and select the modules in the order they desire. Participants should plan on using 1 to 1½ hours per subtopic. Russian and English subtitles will be available for video lectures, while other course materials will be available in English.
