Yeah, I'm referring to potential sexual partners.

I think you should do it when things feel right for you. Maybe start with a close friend and take it from there. I kind of blurted it out to everyone and luckily had no problems with it at all but I am lucky. I live in a big city and peoples attitudes are generally better

Depends on so many factors. I was just looking for a hookup one night in September of 2000 and when I met a potential partner at a campground I disclosed just after the first kiss. It slowed the hookup down by opening a dialogue that has existed to this day. We have now been together almost 16 years and were married last year. My honesty and directness caught him offgaurd and although neither of us were looking for a serious relationship the openness, which our dialogue and my disease, prompted was and is a big contributor to where we are today. I have also had it go the other way in the mid 90's I was wanting to date and get to know this guy so I disclosed right up front before the first date or kiss and was rejected. Just be ready for any reaction and try to not let the reaction of others impact your own self image or confidence because their reaction is totally based on their own knowledge or lack there of and what they can accept as legitimate risk factors for themselves. Have fun and BE BRAVE!

Also be aware you can't undisclose! I don't have any problems with it being on my Gaydar and Grindr profiles but I'm ok with being open, screens out most people who aren't cool with it anyway, you could have a non fac pic on the front and have them confirm they know what Poz means before sending a face pic of you don't want it displayed :-)
