You schedule many doctor appointments to deal with your hepatitis. Now, we just ask you to schedule an hour to an hour and half on your calendar to take the HepPRN survey to help you and others to conquer hepatitis.
On the following dates, Hepatitis Foundation International will be standing by our hotline to answer your questions while you take the survey. Schedule the same time to take the survey and we will be waiting for your questions:
