I now take my meds with high fat snack. Yes, I go to my local chemist daily with my eggs n butter I find it stops me feeling sick. Ensure drinks don't cut It! I hope you are all well. I'm taking my Cod liver oil too with prompting lol.

Hi Cara, why do you have to take your tablets with high fat snacks? Do they absorb better that way? I have read the same for Ribavirin but not sure if I want that to be absorbed even more lol! Hope you doing good πŸ™πŸ€—πŸ˜ŽπŸ€πŸ€πŸ€

hi and hope your well!

My maviret says on label "take with food" eating it with fat stops me being sickly. No nausea since i have practised this. I have lost a stone in weight, i am chubby now on BMI calculator, not obese. Palmer Erythma ( redness on palms and sole of feet) also decreasing in hands and feet and my joints don't ache the same, at this point i can only feel and see positive results. i know what you mean regarding them as being more easily absorbed. You need a decent amount of fat in your diet anyway and ive actually lost weight.

be well
