Are you under a consultant?. had bloods done recently?

You have the rest of your life in front of you..

Are you ok? isolated?

Do you take any useful supplements, if not on other treatments ie milk thistle,tumeric?

Is there any advice that you would like April?

Hi Ammy

I don't know your circumstances or what your consultant/Dr recommends for you so I can only speak personally,

.I also see you need financial assistance which i'm unable to provide/advise on as I rely on benefits myself.

If you're on treatment/about to i'd leave out the supplements/recreational drugs...

Others on site smoke etc and that's their choice,

I'm not on any meds so I supplement with Milk Thistle 450 mg day ,Tumeric,500mg daily ,Blueberry leaf extract.. recently , and alpha lipoic acid 100 mg daily

Had test results through this morning ,all scans fine and viral load down, so for me, what i'm doing is helping , i'm grateful for that.

Is there specific advice you'd like Ammi?
