just reading posts in weight loss and also diabetes about how many peeps are useing fasting to loose weight and help with health issues and so on hope of not upsetting peeps by RAMADAN but it as the feel of it what do you fellows think i am going to read up if anything else with it i had Moslem hearing guy we said our hellos so i went to shake hands i thought i had plague pulled his away/?????????? did not bother me did i do something wrong anyways winning water works no dribs or floods mobility could b a lot better but if weight keeps going down should get better off to private hospital later icky probs even water sometimes but not to worried feel to strong and as we know no weight loss through it and car MOT at same time just across road from hospital so two jobs for the price of one 15 mile a week i do examiner keeps looking at me thinks i have taken cable out think it was about 900 from last test off byeeeeeeeeeeeee
