I have been in hospital with severe diverticulitis for a few days. It was so painful. has anyone any tips to help with the pain.

Try taking kefir every day. Half cup will help diverticulitis. It was on the BBC programme "Trust Me, I'm A Doctor". No side effects except increasing all the good bacteria in your gut and bowel. Google it for more information 😊
