So i think this is what i suffered when i was 13 and it got but over 3 years but my question to eveyone else (as i cant sleep) is has anyone found when (if) it got better it reoccurred as i need to find out what has been causing this as im getting annoyed at every professional reaponse of play the waiting game and i dropped my local me a email expanding everything in hopes they can give me things to suggestion.

Yes ive read the headway fact sheet on fatigue thats what caused me google pathology fatigue and thats how i found out of cfs/me and im hoping my gp will reconsider my request of a mri one i put this prospect to her as im sick of everones mis conception of your being a lazy b**ch.

I was told many years ago post TBI that I had 'classic symptoms of M.E.' but wouldn't commit to saying if I had it or not.

It doesn't really help, I'm still knackered, it just has a name... probably.

My daughter suffers from M.E but nothing helps her and as you say it’s frowned on as if you are just lazy . She has to be in bed in dark dark room when a flare up happens and she is in a lot of pain . It came on overnight for her a long time ago . Lost her job and has had a miserable time of it . Job centre keeps pushing her to apply for stupid jobs , it’s very frustrating for her and us . Painkillers are the only thing that help . She has a very healthy diet too. I hope you aren’t having a relapse . From what I’ve read it can go as quickly as it came . I wish it would burn out for my daughter .

All the best

My own saving grace is senior management have said what ever is causing this we dont plan on using to sack you (which my manager tried to do so the power has been taken away from him because they can see that its putting me at risk with relapsing) we want to work with you in whatever way possible we just need to know whats causing this so we can help

i just hope i can get a dr appointment next week and they do a blood test as there has to be a medical underlying condition as the body doesnt go im going to make you permanent exhausted just for fun

I do limit light in my living room and always wear something with a hood on so i can pull it up and ive tried pacing myself but its just a nightmare but it is confimed that there is a underlying cause then i will have a bigger case for both benefits and work as im in employment the job centre cant touch me
