I know only people in Yorkshire area can watch but if you can watch tonight. There is going to be a bit on that was filmed today a new k2 place and some people have been abseiling to raise money for local brain injury charity Paul for brain recovery. I can’t recommend them enough they provide a service for people with BI and family members, help if people need it if not they can just go to socialise and try new things. I have got into running through being encouraged by people there something I used to hate doing.
