No, it's not. I've had tonsilitis at least twice a year for a decade and I've been begging for them to be removed for years. Finally, a new specialist listened.

I can't help but think it will help my breathing while asleep as well though

It can only improve your issues, surely ? I only have one tonsil ; was born with just the one apparently x

I'm doing good thank you. I had to have an endoscopy last week and they have told me I am intolerant to wheat! I've tried googling what I can/can't eat but it all seems very confusing as everything is coming up as gluten free, yet they said I don't need to go gluten free but I should cut down on it....I'm struggling to say the least and I haven't been very good at cutting wheat out! It's amazing what actually contains wheat! Hope you're doing well...have I missed your birthday or is it soon! xx

That's such a pain ! (like you need another problem in your life).

My neighbour has this issue and found it really difficult at first. But he now seems to have the gist of what he can & can't have.

It'll take a while, but have you looked to see if there's a site which lists none-wheat foods ? It would save peering at every product before you buy.

And my birthday was in March BTW ! xx
