Hi there,
We can't give a diagnosis over this forum I'm afraid - can we suggest that you book in to speak to your GP, and if they are not able to offer a face to face appointment initially, this photo will be able to help them see what's going on via either a phone appointment where you also send in the photo or a video call (each practice operates slightly differently). Then they will see you for an in person appointment if necessary.
