Urine problems ongoing nearly a year after vulvectomy.

Morning all, since my last post I've had a ultrasound done for my kidneys and bladder and it's come back clear, but i keep wetting myself and on a night I'm quite moist down below but it smells of really strong urine like an old person's wet themselves on tights and it's gone stagnant (i hope this makes sense)

So what else could it be if my ultrasound has come back clear?
