Feeling lost

Hello, i have been told i have Graves disease with normal antibodies and i might have Fibromyalgia or arthritis. I am 32 years all doctors can't agree on what to do and in pain all day long, can't lie down or sit with out being in pain. I am tired and still trying to hold down a job and look after kids and so moody i keep being mean and nasty to everyone. My bossed tried to make a joke i almost punched him. This is not normal for me and doctors just say come back in a month and all i do is cry because nothing helping.
