I am off to Bath this weekend, any suggestions where i can eat a ceoliac meal?
Zizzis, Carluccios. Maybe worth a google search and a few phonecalls...lots of nice small restaurants where they often cook from scratch and will most likely help you out. I was there a few years ago and had no problems finding places to cater for me. I tend to accept that generally I won't be able to eat in the local pubs or the cheapest cafes etc....
That's great, thanks very much.
Hi Mike, Bath has lots of restaurants and many cafe's have signs saying gluten free. Bottleino's serve gf pasta with their pasta dishes and there's a rumour that The Pump Room not only serves gf meals but afternoon tea with gf cakes like scones:

I'd also check out the coeliac map:
The Chapel arts cafe serve gf cakes and the Coral Quay serve gf soup so I think that you will be well catered for.
If you're going to visit Bristol which's 12 miles away I'll let you have a list of places here. And have a great time.
Hi Mike,
When I visited bath I went to Loch Fyne for one of my meals. It was really nice and they were good about adjusting items on the menu to make sure that they were gluten free. Lots of choice.
I also went to Las Iguanas for Lunch. They had a gluten free section of their menu:

Hope you have a great time!
Cheers,
Suzanne
Did you know that Loch Fyne now have a full allergens list for us to work from...I went about a month ago and was pleasantly surprised because in the past I've always felt I was taking a chance and now I know they are more clued up.
