Does anyone have a problem with Soya. I am gluten and dairy intolerant so have been having quite a lot of soya products.

I don't have a problem. Soy sauce contains wheat unless you buy the gluten free ones.

Yeah, soya milk and yoghurts always used to upset my stomach when I was on a GF diet- we tried alternatives and rice was a winner!

Rice Milk is amazing <3

My partner is dairy intolerant and soy intolerant, I think it's quite a common combination

Soya milk used to upset my stomach - I use rice milk and Kara - which is coconut milk - which is much nicer in drinks I find.

No probs at all, also gluten and dairy intolerant.

Kara tastes great but watch out for your cholesterol levels as coconut milk is high in cholesterol.

I'm really bad with dairy and soy but rice milk is great!

Yes, I have a problem. It makes me sick and crampy like gluten.
