I have ocular hypertension but the pressure in my left high remains stubbornly high and my eye drops have been upgraded to Bimatoprost. Have any of you found it’s made any difference or experienced any problems with this one!

On occasion, eyedrops do not work as well as expected by the consultant in reducing the eye pressure. When this happens, they will look into changing the drops, or even prescribing an additional eyedrop. There is a good chance that laser treatment will be offered to you. NICE guidelines have changed. Anyone who is OH, or early stage glaucoma should be offered laser as a form of treatment. If this hasn't been mentioned to you, ask at your next appointment.
