It is very common for people to have questions about their glaucoma which are personal or sensitive, so you may not want to post your comment publicly. If that's the case, it is best to contact our helpline, rather than sending a direct message to one of our advisors.

The advantage of this is that the helpline is covered during office hours. If you send a DM to an advisor they may be unavailable due to leave or other reasons.
