Worried about glaucoma

Hi, I've got glaucoma and you could chat to me if you like.

Hi. I have had glaucoma for about ten years. It is very scary but as long as you do what the consultants tell you please try not to worry. You must try and keep your eye pressure down as low as possible so you must never forget to take your glaucoma drops. How long have you had glaucoma?

I was diagnosed a month ago

Early days yet. It is very scary at the start but you learn to live with it and not worry as much.

I too have glaucoma. I was diagnosed with it when I was 29, before I was diagnosed with behcets even. As long as I use my eye drops everyday and keep the pressure down it doesn't get any worse. Make sure you follow the doctors orders and keep all of your eye appointments! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Wishing you wellness,
